不良品
メーカー保証のある商品については該当するメーカーへお問い合わせ下さい。保証を受けるためには当ショップの領収書が必要となりますので、紛失しないよう保管をお願いします。
商品の破損、サイズ違い、その他、当店の不手際により不備が発生した場合は、当店にて送料を負担し、至急お取り替えいたします。

食品は天然素材のため傷などが残っているものがあります。これは素材の良さを生かした商品特徴ですので不良品ではございません。

未使用での場合のみ返品への対応をさせていただきます。お客様のもとで破損、汚れが生じた場合は返品に応じかねます。

パソコンでの閲覧という特性上、商品の画像が画面によって実際の色目と多少異なる場合がありますがご了承ください。

画像の色目については当方の不備として扱いません。色などについてもっと詳しく知りたい方はお買い上げ前にお問合せください。

引渡し時期
銀行振り込みの場合は、ご入金後、3日以内に発送します。現在は地震により製品は受注生産になっている場合もございます。出来次第発送前にご連絡を差し上げますので、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

・クレジットカード・銀行振込・代金引換（着払い） ・クレジットの場合はお客様ご契約のクレジットカード会社が発行するご利用明細書をもって領収証に代えさせていただきます。・銀行振込みの場合は金融機関への振込依頼書・払込受領書をもって領収証に代えさせていただきます。（税法会計上正式な領収証となります。）・代引きの場合は送り状伝票に配送業者が発行する代金引額領収証をもって領収証に代えさせていただきます。（税法会計上正式な領収証となります。） 【エマージェンシー発行の領収証をご希望の場合】ご注文者様のお名前と領収証の宛名が相違する場合など、別途、領収証をご希望のお客様は、ご注文の際、備考欄に「（○○○○宛名）で領収証希望」とお書き添え下さい。後日エマージェンシーより送付致します。なお、上記の領収証、明細書及び受領書が税法会計上正式な領収証となりますので、領収金額が3万円を超えた場合でも、エマージェンシー発行の領収証には収入印紙は貼付致しかねますのでご了承ください。上記の各領収証、明細書及び受領書と併せて申告などにご利用ください。

【代金引換をお選びのお客様でエマージェンシー発行の領収証をご希望の場合】代金引換をご利用の場合、配送業者が発行する代引金額領収証と引き替え発行となります。代引金額領収証を、一旦エマージェンシーにご返送下さい。（この際の送料はお客様にてご負担下さい。）代引金額領収証がエマージェンシーに到着次第、お客様へ領収証を送付させていただきます。なお、配送業者が発行する領収証にて既に印紙税が納付されているため、領収金額が3万円を超えた場合でも、エマージェンシー発行の領収証には収入印紙は貼付致しかねますのでご了承ください。

返品期限
ご連絡が7日以内に行われなかった場合、返品を受け付けられない場合がありますので予めご了承ください。
食品の場合、開封後の返品は不可とします。

返品送料

お客様の送料の有無について、お買い上げ金額5500円未満は、有料です。5500円以上並びに非常食セットは無料です。弊社で送料を負担させていただきます。北海道・九州・離島のお客様は大変送料がお徳です。

代引き手数料は、お買い上げ金額に関わらず、別途有料となります。代金引換額1万円未満は330円、代金引換額1万以上〜3万円未満は440円、3万円以上〜10万円未満は660円、10万円以上〜30万円までは1100円かかります。

お支払いはクレジットカード払いが大変便利です。

 
宅急便コンパクト
この配送方法は、メモリーカード4枚程度までです。それ以上やそれ以外の商品は宅配便をご利用ください。
代引き手数料は送料とは別途かかります。代金引換額1万円未満は324円、代金引換額1万以上〜3万円未満は432円、3万円以上〜10万円未満は648円、10万円以上〜30万円までは1080円かかります。
